Update V0.2

Changelog:

-Added smarter navigation for enemies.

-Reworked stage 1 graphics  and layout.

-(Most) projectiles collide with terrain.

-Added mini explosion to Shadow Bolts.

-Increased cooldown for Shadow Blast, but made it shoot Shadow Bolts more frequently.

-Fire Waker's abilities have more knockback.

-Made Grunt Archcaster slightly less hyper.

-Changed Collector to unlock when you collect 16 unique items across any number of runs, as opposed to 16 unique items in a single run.

-Fixed rock crabs not retreating when at low health.

-Minor balance changes.
